Watch: Israeli settler rams ATV into Palestinian offering prayer; arrested

An Israeli settler, who is a reserve soldier, driving an ATV into a Palestinian man kneeling in prayer near the village of Deir Jarir, north of Ramallah in the West Bank. Following the incident, the IDF confirmed the soldier’s identity, confiscated his weapon, and suspended his service. The suspect was later arrested and placed under house arrest for five days.
